Cathleen P. Ragone

NAPLES FL - Cathleen P. Ragone, age 62, passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2020, at Physicians Regional Medical Center, in Naples Fl. She was the wife of Eugene Ragone.

Mrs. Ragone was born November 12, 1957, in Orange, NJ, a daughter of John and Frances (McGillicuddy) Reilly. Mrs. Ragone graduated from the College of Mount Saint Vincent in 1980. She raised her family in Cheshire, CT and worked numerous jobs including Coca-Cola, The Cheshire Herald, and Vitas Healthcare.

Cathy had a passion for interior decorating, home remodeling and bargain shopping. She was known for her random acts of kindness, generosity, love, and support for her vast network of family and friends.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Ragone is survived by her sons, Ryan and William Ragone, her daughter, Caitlin Ragone, and her father John and stepmother Claudia Reilly. She also leaves behind her brothers, John, Dan, Tim and her sisters, Maureen, Sheila, Patricia, and Siobhan. She was previously deceased by her mother Fran.

Arrangements – Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 31, 2020, with the funeral procession leaving the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 South Main St., at 9:45 A.M., and proceeding to St. Bridget of Sweden Parish-St. Bridget Church, 175 Main Street, Cheshire, for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 A.M. Burial will follow in Cheshire Hillside Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2020, from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
