CHESHIRE – Beverly K. Clark, 87, passed away August 1, 2017 at North Collier Hospital in Naples, FL. She was the wife of the late Everett J. Clark who passed away in 2015.
Mrs. Clark was born May 29, 1930, in New Haven the daughter of the late Henry and Beatrice (Burnard) Knodel. She was longtime Cheshire resident where she was a member of the First Congregational Church of Cheshire. She enjoyed volunteering at the Barn Sale in Hamden. Dad and Mom enjoyed traveling thru the states, finally settling in a Bonita Springs winter home, where they had many friends.
She fought a long and courageous battle with cancer not letting the cancer beat her.
She is survived by her children Kenneth “Ken” Clark of Cheshire; her daughters Kathy Gagnon (Doug) of ME, Joan Walter (Lee) of Waterbury, and Barbara “Barb” Clark of Cheshire; her sister Janice Marenholz (Died Thur. Aug 3, 2017); her four grandchildren, Lee Walter, Julie McMahon, Douglas Gagnon Jr., and Russell Gagnon; as well as five great grandchildren (Samantha, Tyler, Katie, Jaime and Bryce).
Arrangements – There were no calling hours and burial was held at the convenience of the family in Cheshire Hillside Cemetery. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire is assisting with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to an organization of the donor’s choice.
