Barbara Hellmann

Thomaston ' Barbara Hellmann, 76, of Thomaston and Florida, passed away with her family by her side, Saturday August 8, 2009 at Abbott Terrace Health Care in Waterbury. She was the wife of the late Joseph Hellmann.

Mrs. Hellmann was born September 29, 1932 in Waterbury the daughter of the late Francis and Katherine (Eisenberger) Demenske. She previously lived in Florida and had moved back to Thomaston 13 years ago. She enjoyed camping and fishing with her husband and family.

Mrs. Hellmann is survived by her sons Joseph Noreikis and his wife Debra of Litchfield and Stephen Noreikis of Wolcott; her daughter Katherine Boxer and her husband Kevin of Oakville; her grandchildren April Emberton, Jessica Judenis, Nicole Autore, Joseph Noreikis, Michael Noreikis and Brooke Noreikis. Mrs. Hellmann is predeceased by her grandson Troy.

Arrangements ' Funeral services will be held on Monday August 10, 2009 at 8p.m. at the Mulville Funeral Home, 270 West Main St., Waterbury. Friends are invited to join the family for a graveside service on Friday August 14, 2009 at 9a.m. at Calvary Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Monday at the funeral home from 6p.m. until the time of the service.
