CHESHIRE – Ann (Wild) Pelletier, 92, passed away at her home on Thursday, March 26, 2020. She was the wife of Emmanuel “Mel” Pelletier, who passed away in 2016.

Mrs. Pelletier was born September 6, 1927, in Waterbury, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Julia (Bunce) Wild. She was a Communicant of the Church of the Epiphany and then of St. Bridget of Sweden Parish. She enjoyed many camping trips with her family. She was a talented artist. Ann loved her flowers and houseplants. She also enjoyed knitting, baking, playing cards and was a master at puzzles. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Pelletier is survived by her children, Lawrence Pelletier and his wife Pam of Rhode Island, and Mary Christoff (Pete Savage) of Southington; her grandchildren Adam Pelletier (Tonya), Leah Pelletier (Pete), Nolan Pelletier (Amelia), Jerrid Christoff (Eleanor), and Corey O’Connor and her husband Timothy; her great-grandchildren Julia, Rowan, Ethan Pelletier, and Jonathan Grimaldi; brother Frank Wild of Cheshire, as well as many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Mrs. Pelletier is predeceased by her son Emmanuel and her daughter Lynda Pelletier, her sisters Mary Boutillier, Catherine O’Leary, Julia Ilnicki, and brother Lawrence Wild.

Arrangements – A private graveside will be held in Cheshire Hillside Cemetery at the convenience of the family and there are no calling hours. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire is assisting with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
