NEW HAVEN - Andrew J. Daly, 60, passed away Sunday June 16, 2013 at Connecticut Hospice in Branford.
Andrew was born June 20, 1952 in Waterbury, the son of the late Andrew and Anne (Moriarty) Daly. He was a New Haven resident for several years having previously lived in New York. He was a Coordinator for the Yale School of Forestry in New Haven.
Andrew is survived by his brother Eugene P. Daly of Alamo, CA; his sisters Maryann Schwab of Cheshire and Patricia Meacham of Florida; his nieces Lori Hanlon of Cheshire, Sandra Melnick of Bar Harbor, ME, Terry Bratkey of Cheshire, Suzanne Lucibello - Viera of Wallingford; his nephews Edward Hanlon Jr. of Hartford, Steven Rosa of Middlefield, Scott Rosa of San Marcos, CA. He is also survived by 12 great nieces and nephews and one great great nephew.
Arrangements - Funeral services will be held on Tuesday June 25, 2013, 10:15 from the Alderson Funeral Home 615 S. Main St. to St. Bridget Church for Mass at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Bridget Cemetery. Friends will be received by the family from 9:30 at the funeral home until the procession leaves for church. Memorial contributions may be made to Connecticut Hospice, 500 Double Beach Rd., Branford, CT 06405.
